This website sets no cookie and uses no audience measurement tool, nor any font or library loaded from a third party.

The “Request a demo” form collects your name, e-mail, organisation and, if you give them, your phone, sector and message. This data is only used to answer you and prepare your trial. It is never sold or passed on.

It is kept three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

The SABI application

Documents, questions and answers belong to the client organisation. The SABI team does not read them; it only accesses what accounts, subscriptions and billing need (number of users, storage used, SABI AI consumption).

Each organisation is isolated from the others and its files are encrypted with a key of its own.

If the organisation turns on an external AI model, only the passages needed for an answer are sent to it, never a whole document, and never a document excluded from AI. They travel over an encrypted connection (TLS), the same protection as online banking. SABI only uses providers that commit to keeping nothing: once the answer is given, they keep neither the question nor the passages.

The terms for processing the data of client organisations are set out in the subscription agreement.
